Even though this year the situation is very different and there are no celebrations across the world, there’s still hope in the midst of uncertainty and worry. Keep safe & healthy.

Walking into the weekend... and reminding myself NOT TO WORRY 😌🙏🏼
It’s definitely not easy when it comes to the uncertainty of the current situation but it’s vital we don’t panic.
Worry doesn’t solve anything, neither will panic buying toilet paper, pasta, a years’ supply of hand sanitiser and Paracetamol (please only purchase what you actually need).
It’s not easy to know what the best thing to do is or what to think in the current circumstances but what we can and should be doing is following advice from reliable resources i.e., WHO, NHS, Home Office (or relevant official sources in your country if you’re not in the U.K.).
It’s also important to up our hygiene (I’ve always been a keen hand washer so this one is easy for me 🧼✋🏼) and be aware of where we are and who we are near.
The right mindset is very important too. Personally, I decided to limit myself from reading the news so much, avoid unreliable sources of information and block certain hashtags. Mental health is crucial to protect 💆🏼‍♀️ just like our physical one.
I personally believe God is in full control, and that helps me massively 😌
In the midst of fear and uncertainty, let’s keep our heads up, use common sense, up our hygiene, do everything we can to protect ourselves and those around us (especially the vulnerable people) and trust that everything will get better.

Is there anything better than a good company 👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏻👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏻 a good game 🏈 and, most importantly (let’s all be honest) - good food 🤩🍽
Throwing it back to the big game, staying in, having a viewing party and an Old El Paso meal 🙌🏼
@oldelpasouk is a must have in our cupboard at home AT ALL TIMES, especially when we are having people over and I want to throw on something easy but delicious and full of flavour 👌🏼That’s when I make my ‘First Down Fajitas’! 🏈 With this one I’m not just going ‘the whole 9 yards’, I’m going the extra yard! 🏃🏼‍♀️

Cliffs of Moher had been on my list for absolute ages and I honestly could cry when we arrived there and I saw their grandeur and beauty with my own eyes 💚
They represent Ireland to me, and what a beautiful country it is. There’s just something special about it. Have you ever felt like you’re home even though it’s a “foreign” land? That’s how I feel when I’m in Ireland 🇮🇪
Tell about something exciting you’ve done in 2019 or in 2010-2019. Anything. Big or small. A dream coming true or a little achievement. I want to celebrate with you 🥳✨

Скелі Мохер є візитною карткою Ірландії і моєю мрією вже не один рік. Я майже не плакала від радості, коли побачили красу цих вражаючих скель на власні очі.
